Your source image is a photograph.
Photographic images with gradients, soft edges, and continuous tone do not vectorize into a clean result. The output is either an over-simplified poster look or a hairball of tiny paths. Vector conversion is a logo and line-art service, not a photo service.
You already have a clean AI, EPS, or SVG file from your designer.
You do not need this. A file that already opens cleanly in Illustrator is already vector. Credits are for raster inputs that need conversion, not for re-processing a vector you already own.
You need a one-time conversion and nothing else.
The 10 credit minimum pack is $10. If you need one file converted and will never need another, that is fine, credits do not expire. But most single-conversion buyers do better paying our team directly for the one job through customer service.
You need brand-level illustration or redesign.
Vector conversion is a technical file conversion, not a design service. If your logo needs to be redrawn, redesigned, or rebranded, hire a designer. We convert what you send, we do not reinvent it.

File spec, resolution, and gotchas.
Every file spec we would tell you on the phone if you called before uploading. No mystery, no ambiguity, and no guesswork.
- 1JPG, PNG, PDF (raster or vector), and TIFF are accepted as input.
- 2Best results: logos, single-color or spot-color art, line drawings, signatures, hand-lettered marks.
- 3Difficult results: photographs, watercolor scans, halftone patterns, images with heavy compression artifacts.
- 4Send the highest resolution version you have. A 4000 pixel wide PNG converts more cleanly than a 500 pixel one.

Do credits expire?
No. Never. Credits attach to your customer account and stay there indefinitely. Buy 50 credits today, use them across every order you place over the next three years. No expiration, no reset, no policy that changes.
Can vector credits be used as store credit on transfers or blanks?
No. Vector credits are dedicated to the vector conversion service. They are a separate currency from store credit and from cashback earned through VIP Priority Membership. Vector credits convert files. Store credit and cashback pay for transfers and blanks.
What file formats do I get back?
Standard delivery is SVG and EPS. AI and PDF are available on request at no extra credit cost. The vector is print-ready at any size and compatible with Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDraw, and any modern vector editor.
What if the converted file is not clean enough for my job?
Free revisions on the same credit. Reply to the delivery email with what you want changed and our art team reworks the file at no additional credit cost. If the source image is fundamentally not convertible (a photograph, a heavy halftone), we refund the credit rather than deliver a poor result.
How is this different from Vector Magic or Illustrator's Image Trace?
Automated tracing tools work on clean high-resolution source. Real-world client logos are messy: JPG artifacts, low resolution, missing colors, blurred edges. Our conversion pipeline routes messy files to hand-tracing when automation would produce a poor result. The output is production-ready, not a starting point that needs another 45 minutes of your time in Illustrator.
Is there a bulk discount for large credit purchases?
Yes, built into the pack sizes. The 500-credit pack works out to $0.70 per credit versus $1.00 at the 10-credit pack. Volume decorators typically buy the 100 or 200 pack and reload as they burn through.

What is a vector credit and how is it used?
One vector credit converts one image into a print-ready vector file. Upload a JPG, PNG, or PDF and you receive a clean, scalable SVG, AI, or EPS download. Credits never expire and are deducted only when you actually use them.
What types of images can be converted?
Logos, line art, signatures, low-resolution images, hand-drawn sketches, screenshots, and most graphics with clear shapes work well. Photographic images with gradients, soft edges, and complex texture cannot be cleanly vectorized and are not a good fit for this service.
How long does vector conversion take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours per file. Complex artwork with many colors or fine detail can take up to 48 hours. Rush turnaround under 4 hours is available on request for production accounts.
What file formats do I receive?
