You upload individual design files plus per-design quantities. The packer runs a nesting algorithm that duplicates each design by its quantity, tests rotation in 90 degree increments, and places the set onto a 24-inch wide canvas at maximum density. Typical output density on a mixed-size batch is 80 to 95 percent. The rest is the film chemistry from the standard UV DTF product: UV-cured acrylate ink, cold peel adhesive, room temperature bond.
You get a preview of the packed layout before payment. Sheet width is fixed at 24 inches, length steps up in the same 18, 24, 30, 36, 48, and 60 inch sizes as the interactive gang sheet. The finished sheet is die-cut per design, exactly like the manual gang sheet product, and every design peels off the shared carrier individually. Feel on the finished piece is identical to any UV DTF: thin, hard, glossy, flush to the substrate.
Every product page tells you when to buy the neighbor instead. That is the rule. We would rather you order the right transfer than reprint the wrong one.

Auto-build is fussy about file quality because the packer scales, rotates, and re-fits every design. Weak files get magnified.
File Types
Resolution
300 DPI minimum at the intended apply size, 400 to 600 DPI on small logotype. The packer will not upscale, if the file is small the print will be small.
Color
sRGB, CMYK plus white gamut. Flag Pantone-critical colors in the order notes. Neon and fluorescent Pantones will color-shift within the gamut.
Sizing and Layout
Set apply size per design in the upload step. The packer respects each design's requested dimensions, then rotates and nests. Set quantity per design so the packer duplicates before nesting.

If the printed transfer does not reproduce the file you uploaded, allowing for the difference between a backlit screen and printed ink, we reprint it. We calibrate our press against the same target ICC every day and keep a press log for every run.
White ink dropouts, thin black lines that did not lay down, or missing detail from a small text run: if it left our shop that way, we reprint it.
If the PET film separates before you press the transfer, that is a materials defect, not user error. We track film lot numbers per production run.
If our team packed the wrong artwork or produced at the wrong size, we cover the reprint plus the reship.
