Upload your designs and our system automatically arranges them for maximum coverage on your UV DTF gang sheet. Same premium UV-cured quality, zero manual layout work.
Each sheet is 24" wide, you choose the length. Priced at $0.10/sq inch. Waterproof, scratch-resistant, UV-fade resistant. Perfect for tumblers, mugs, phone cases, glass, metal, wood, and other hard surfaces. Cold-peel application, no heat press needed. Same-day shipping if ordered by 1 PM.
MINIMUM. UV DTF needs its own cure cycle and surface prep per job, so UV DTF orders start at 10 transfers or $10 of UV DTF, whichever you reach first. One large piece clears it on its own.

High-volume promotional shops that would rather upload a folder of designs than arrange a sheet by hand.
Drinkware programs producing dozens of tumbler wraps a week and wanting maximum sheet density without an operator managing layout.
Print shops adding UV DTF as a second line and offloading the layout step to keep the workflow lean.
Fulfillment shops running variable-data personalization jobs (individual names on 30 tumblers) where automatic tiling is the only economical layout path.
Anyone who needs pixel-precise design placement
Auto-build packs for density, not for design-to-design visual relationship. If you want a specific two-up layout, use the interactive gang sheet builder.
Use UV DTF Gang Sheet insteadSingle-design orders
Auto-build's advantage is packing many designs at once. If it is one design at any quantity, the by-size product is a cleaner path.
Use Custom UV DTF Transfers insteadApparel decorators
Still a UV product. Cracks on fabric. Use DTF for anything textile.
Use Auto-Build DTF insteadAnyone with a design that pushes the 24 inch sheet width
The packer will scale-lock oversized designs. If a single design is wider than 23.5 inches, split it in the source file before upload.
Same film, same substrate rules as the rest of the UV DTF line.
Excellent
Workable with prep
Do not attempt
You upload individual design files plus per-design quantities. The packer runs a nesting algorithm that duplicates each design by its quantity, tests rotation in 90 degree increments, and places the set onto a 24-inch wide canvas at maximum density. Typical output density on a mixed-size batch is 80 to 95 percent. The rest is the film chemistry from the standard UV DTF product: UV-cured acrylate ink, cold peel adhesive, room temperature bond.
You get a preview of the packed layout before payment. Sheet width is fixed at 24 inches, length steps up in the same 18, 24, 30, 36, 48, and 60 inch sizes as the interactive gang sheet. The finished sheet is die-cut per design, exactly like the manual gang sheet product, and every design peels off the shared carrier individually. Feel on the finished piece is identical to any UV DTF: thin, hard, glossy, flush to the substrate.
Every product page tells you when to buy the neighbor instead. That is the rule. We would rather you order the right transfer than reprint the wrong one.
UV DTF Gang Sheet (interactive)
Choose the interactive builder when the design layout matters (e.g. a specific pair grouping, a brand style guide sheet). Choose auto-build when density is the only goal.
Custom UV DTF Transfers
Choose the by-size product for a single design at any quantity. Auto-build only earns its keep with a multi-design batch.
Auto-Build DTF Gang Sheet
Choose the DTF auto-build when the batch is destined for apparel. Same auto-pack idea, fabric side of the shop.
Hard-Good Branding Components
Choose branding components for finished-piece decoration (metal plates, leather patches). Auto-build handles printed film only.
Personalization runs: 30 tumblers with 30 different first names on one sheet
Program fulfillment: mixed logo variants for a multi-location franchise gifting program
Boutique brand quarterly drop: a dozen different graphic decals grouped onto one production sheet
Trade show swag batch: laptop stickers, phone case art, water bottle decals for a booth giveaway
Wedding kit production: monogram variants across bridal party glassware
Corporate event kit: name badge decals plus branded tumbler wraps for a leadership offsite
Realtor closing-gift program: variable-data name plates for a full month of closings
Etsy shop batch: 15 to 25 SKU variants tiled onto one economical sheet
Every industry hub below is written for the specific decoration challenges of that trade. Pick your fit and dig in.
Promotional Product Companies
Variable-data personalization and program fulfillment.
Hard-Goods Decorators
Density-first UV DTF for drinkware production lines.
Etsy and Boutique Sellers
Multi-SKU batch production at wholesale square-inch rates.
Corporate Gifting Programs
Executive and event gifting with personalization.
Auto-build is fussy about file quality because the packer scales, rotates, and re-fits every design. Weak files get magnified.
File Types
Resolution
300 DPI minimum at the intended apply size, 400 to 600 DPI on small logotype. The packer will not upscale, if the file is small the print will be small.
Color
sRGB, CMYK plus white gamut. Flag Pantone-critical colors in the order notes. Neon and fluorescent Pantones will color-shift within the gamut.
Sizing and Layout
Set apply size per design in the upload step. The packer respects each design's requested dimensions, then rotates and nests. Set quantity per design so the packer duplicates before nesting.
Frequently Bought Together
Auto-build packs the sheet. These three cover the rest of the tumbler order.
“For last-minute add-ons that did not make the auto-build.”
“Add dimension on the hero tumbler in the order. Premium tier at low incremental cost.”
“Metal or acrylic accents that pair with the UV decal on the same order.”

Recommended Alternatives
Here is what to grab instead, and why. We would rather send you to the right product than watch you bounce to a competitor to compare.
UV DTF Gang Sheet
from $43.20
Best for hard-good production at volume
Prefer this if you want manual layout control. Same price, you drive the nesting.
Custom UV DTF Transfers
from $0.10/sq in
Best for tumblers, glass, leather, and rigid hard goods
Choose this if you only need one or two decals. Skips the sheet entirely.
Every Golden DTF order carries the same written guarantee. Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, a production lead reviews it within one business day, and approved reprints ship free with tracking. You never re-upload and never re-pay.
If the printed transfer does not reproduce the file you uploaded, allowing for the difference between a backlit screen and printed ink, we reprint it. We calibrate our press against the same target ICC every day and keep a press log for every run.
White ink dropouts, thin black lines that did not lay down, or missing detail from a small text run: if it left our shop that way, we reprint it.
If the PET film separates before you press the transfer, that is a materials defect, not user error. We track film lot numbers per production run.
If our team packed the wrong artwork or produced at the wrong size, we cover the reprint plus the reship.
