Apparel decorators
Dimensional UV graphics are formulated for rigid substrates. The finish will not flex with fabric and will crack on the first wash.
The apparel-graded raised UV product.
High-flex or repeatedly-bent applications
The raised layer holds bond on rigid surfaces, but any flex or bend beyond 5° will crack the surface.
Flat UV DTF with better flex tolerance.
Fabric-lined or porous substrate branding
The UV adhesive requires a non-porous surface. Wood must be sealed, leather must be finished, and fabric is out entirely.
For textile-adjacent applications.
Dimensional UV graphics apply via cold peel. Press firmly, peel the carrier, done. No heat press, no cure oven. Bond fully develops over 24 to 48 hours.

UV-cured acrylate ink layered in multiple cure passes, with a permanent-tack adhesive layer on a release carrier. Not a heat process. The ink is fully cured before it leaves production.
Build height: 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm of tactile surface height.
Adhesive: permanent-tack acrylic, chemically bonds to non-porous substrates at the molecular level.
Application: cold peel and stick, firm hand pressure or a roller.
Chemical resistance: alcohol wipe safe, dishwasher-safe (top rack only), UV stable indoors indefinitely.

If the printed transfer does not reproduce the file you uploaded, allowing for the difference between a backlit screen and printed ink, we reprint it. We calibrate our press against the same target ICC every day and keep a press log for every run.
White ink dropouts, thin black lines that did not lay down, or missing detail from a small text run: if it left our shop that way, we reprint it.
If the PET film separates before you press the transfer, that is a materials defect, not user error. We track film lot numbers per production run.
If our team packed the wrong artwork or produced at the wrong size, we cover the reprint plus the reship.
