Corporate uniform and workwear programs

Photorealistic art and portrait printing
The phosphor layer sits on top of the print and slightly desaturates fine gradients. Colors read a half-shade duller than a straight DTF.
Cleaner color when the daytime print is the point.
Metallic or reflective branding
Glow chemistry is a phosphor, not a mirror. If you need a shine-under-flash effect for a red carpet drop, foil is the answer.

Glow DTF is a full DTF sandwich with a phosphor pigment layer. It presses on the same fabrics as standard DTF and prefers surfaces where the phosphor gets an unobstructed light path.
Presses cleanly on
100% cotton, black and dark charcoal
White underbase carries the print, dark ground makes the glow read at maximum contrast.
50/50 and 60/40 cotton/poly blends
Standard press cycle, no dye migration concerns at 315°F.

Avoid or approach with care
Performance polyester on saturated red or royal
Dye migration under the phosphor layer washes the effect out. Drop press temp to 285°F and cold-peel if you must run it.
Ivory, cream, or heather light fabrics
Low daytime contrast, and the glow effect is much less visible against a light ground.
Same 100-micron DTF film as our standard line, with a strontium aluminate phosphor layer cured on top of the CMYK and white underbase. The phosphor is chemically stable, non-radioactive, and safe for skin contact.
Ink stack: white underbase, CMYK, phosphor, adhesive powder. Total build sits at roughly 0.15 mm.
Charge time: 5 to 10 minutes under ambient or direct sunlight reaches full charge. Sunlight and UV charge fastest.
Glow duration: 4 to 6 hours after full charge, brightest in the first 30 minutes.
Wash durability: 30-plus cycles when pressed correctly and washed inside-out on cold.
Slightly heavier hand than a standard DTF because of the extra phosphor cure. Not stiff, but noticeable under the fingers on a light cotton tee.

If the printed transfer does not reproduce the file you uploaded, allowing for the difference between a backlit screen and printed ink, we reprint it. We calibrate our press against the same target ICC every day and keep a press log for every run.
White ink dropouts, thin black lines that did not lay down, or missing detail from a small text run: if it left our shop that way, we reprint it.
If the PET film separates before you press the transfer, that is a materials defect, not user error. We track film lot numbers per production run.
