1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Long Island DTF Printing website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if the order appears fraudulent, if pricing was incorrectly listed, or if the artwork submitted violates these Terms. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when you complete the transaction.

Sales tax is applied to orders shipped to states where we are required to collect it. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders over $99 ship free within the contiguous United States, subject to standard exclusions.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Square. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount including taxes and shipping. Card details are entered directly into Square and are never stored on our servers.

5. Artwork, Files, and Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in artwork you upload. By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you either own the artwork or have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use it for the purpose of printing the requested products.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your artwork solely to fulfill your order, including printing, reprinting on reorder, internal quality control, and customer service. We do not use your artwork for marketing without your explicit consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold Long Island DTF Printing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other rights in any artwork you submit. We reserve the right to refuse to print artwork that we reasonably believe infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

6. File Requirements and Production

Print quality depends on the quality of the file you submit. We recommend 300 DPI minimum, transparent PNG or vector formats, and CMYK or sRGB color space. We do not edit or color-correct your files unless explicitly requested and quoted. Color reproduction may vary from your screen due to monitor calibration, ink behavior, and substrate differences.

Production turnaround is typically 24 hours for orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Posted turnaround times begin after order placement and design approval if required. We are not responsible for delays caused by file issues, payment problems, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment from us. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Custom-printed products are made to your specifications and are not eligible for return unless they are defective or differ materially from what was ordered. If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will replace, refund, or credit your order at our discretion.

We are not responsible for issues caused by improper heat-press technique, incorrect substrate selection, or use of our transfers in any application other than as intended. Always perform a test press on the same fabric before pressing your full run.

9. VIP Membership

VIP membership is a recurring subscription. You may pay monthly or annually for the Starter, Pro, or Elite tier. Your card will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Membership benefits, including DTF and specialty UV discounts, blanks handling waiver, and production priority, are described on the VIP Membership page and may be updated from time to time.

Pro and Elite members earn store credit (1 percent and 2 percent respectively) on every order, calculated on the order subtotal after VIP discounts and excluding shipping, handling, tax, and the membership purchase itself. Earned credit is added to your account at order placement. If an order is cancelled or refunded, earned credit is clawed back proportionally. Store credit does not expire and is not redeemable for cash.

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain VIP benefits until that date. We do not refund partial periods.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or order artwork that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Upload artwork that depicts unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content as determined by us in our sole discretion.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, fraud detection, or account security mechanisms.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the Services.
• Use the Services to compete with us or to develop a competing product.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Island DTF Printing and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to the Services or any order. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or any order shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Long Island DTF Printing from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your artwork, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
