What a Gang Sheet Actually Is
A gang sheet is a single piece of DTF film printed with multiple designs placed side by side. Instead of ordering each transfer individually, you combine all the designs you need into one sheet and cut them apart after pressing. The result is lower cost per print, less film waste, and one clean shipment instead of a stack of separate orders.
Your 22x24 Workspace Is 528 Square Inches

Gang sheet pricing runs by the square inch, so the math is simple: fill the sheet and your cost per design goes down. How Many Designs Fit?
The answer depends on design size. A typical left-chest logo at 3.5 by 3.5 inches uses about 12 square inches. That puts roughly 44 identical logos on a 22x24 sheet if every design is the same size. Real production runs mix sizes, which drops realistic yield to 15-30 designs per sheet. That still represents a strong cost advantage over ordering singles for each artwork.

Put 20 designs on that sheet and your cost per design is $1.58. The same 20 designs ordered as individual transfers would cost considerably more per unit.
The break-even typically lands around 8-10 unique designs per order. Once you are ordering more than that in a single session, the gang sheet is almost always the cheaper option.
