Why is there a $4.95 shipping charge if the pack is free?
The pack itself is free. USPS First Class Mail with tracking runs us roughly that amount for a padded mailer, and requiring customers to cover postage keeps the program available to real decorators instead of arbitrage bots. Every cent of it goes to postage plus the rigid mailer.
Can I order both packs at once?
Yes. Add the DTF pack and the UV-DTF pack to the same order and shipping stays a flat $4.95 per pack, so $9.90 total. They ship together in one padded mailer whenever possible.
What if I already placed a paid order?
You already have real production transfers in hand from that order. The sample program is intended for decorators evaluating the line before their first purchase. Existing customers usually skip these packs.
How long until it arrives?
Ships within 1–2 business days of order. USPS First Class Mail typically delivers in 3–5 business days from ship date. Tracking is included on every pack.
