Can I Use Foil DTF Transfers on Tri-Blend (Poly/Cotton/Rayon)?
Foil DTF is not recommended on tri-blends. Our published foil specification lists cotton, polyester, most synthetics, and silk as compatible fabrics, and tri-blend is specifically excluded. The rayon content forces a temperature ceiling far below the 338F the metallic needs, and the thin fabric cannot take the heavy pressure the bond requires.
